Super busy even at 830pm on a Saturday but worth the wait. Turnaround for tables were pretty quick as there are many tables and servers are super efficient. - honey walnut shrimp was a fave for the kids - clam congee fave foe the adults - wonton soup terrific but will try the sui kau next time - braised pork was saltier than usual but went well with congee
I always forget to write a review here because I always come here past midnight, after clubbing and devouring the food before even taking the photos. The host and servers are down to earth and fast with it. The food is to die for, everyone knows about this place and goes here for a reason! Lazy Susan for your big parties, tables for everyone. The vibe is a vibe if you know, you know.
Late night spot for dim sum that hit the spot! The chicken feet were 10 out of 10!! A place you have to hit when in Seattle!
Food is delicious! One of my favorite Cantonese restaurants in the Seattle area. Several non Asian college, and child hood friends were in town for a few days prior to their Alaska cruise. We picked them up from their Queen Anne hotel and took them to lunch in the ID. We got a large round table right away for 5. I ordered the mixed seafood crispy chow mein , a beef chow fun (dry), and honey walnut dish, steamed spareribs with black bean sauce, a pork, veggie and peanut dumplings dish (first time trying these dumplings ) and shanghai bok Choy sautéed with garlic. Food was so good everyone loved the noodles and Shanghai bok Choy, Service was rather slow, but once we ordered, the food came out quickly. It was a perfect place and atmosphere to leisurely catch up after not seeing each other for over 20 years.
This is a good Chinese Food restaurant. They have a very large menu to include an extensive seafood menu. You can order live fish and seafood, and have it cooked to order. This is a great place to get late night eats, they're open till 3:30am on the weekends.
Lots to love at this Chinatown spot. Families, couples, and friends were there enjoying eats at 10pm on Saturday in the warm welcoming space, which featured nicer decor and better service than I'm used to for restaurants open this late. We had the standards: Mongolian beef, sweet and sour pork, wonton noodle soup, and honey walnut prawns. Very solid. Will have to return for dim sum.
This is our favorite dim sum location. The food service is quick, but the table service is a bit impersonal. My water glass was empty for the last 20 minutes of our sitting. Between the four of us, we finished our pot of tea rather quickly, and it was not refilled. We opened the lid to help give indication but, oh well. The bean curd is my favorite anywhere! For some reason, my wife loves their chicken feet! If you happen to be in Seattle Chinatown, this is worth the trip and visit, although it is getting a little expensive there.
